Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler, buhar \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 ile i\u015flendi\u011finde hacminin 40 kat\u0131na kadar genle\u015febilmektedir. Buhar \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131yla, \u015fi\u015firici madde s\u0131v\u0131 halden gaz galine ge\u00e7er ve geni\u015fler, bu esnada \u0131s\u0131 etkisi ile yumu\u015fam\u0131\u015f olan polistiren \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc de gaz ile birlikte boncuk \u015feklinde genle\u015fir.
